Here’s a No Limit Tile Adhesive formulation for versatile usage: Ingredients: Cement (Portland Cement) – 1 part Acts as the main binder providing strength to the adhesive. Fine Silica Sand – 3 to 4 parts Helps to improve workability and adjust the texture for smooth application. It also acts as a filler. Marble Powder or Limestone Powder – 0.5 to 1 part Improves the spreadability of the adhesive and helps maintain a smooth finish. Polymer Additive (SBR, Redispersible Polymer Powder, or Acrylic Emulsion) – 0.1 to 0.15 parts Enhances the adhesive’s flexibility, adhesion strength, and water resistance. It also makes the adhesive more suitable for large-format tiles and challenging substrates. Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose (HPMC) – 0.05 part A cellulose derivative that helps improve the open time, workability, and adhesion of the product. Plasticizer – 0.02 to 0.05 parts Enhances the workability of the adhesive, ensuring it spreads easily and provides a smooth application.
